VolunteerCVM has some exciting places for volunteers to join in the Lord's work through veterinary medicine.
God is at work in exciting ways through short-term missions. People who serve come back changed having had the opportunity to see how He is at work in other cultures. If you feel His call to missions please click here to get more information on the CVM Short-term mission program.
CVM has been blessed to have volunteers serve as state representatives over the years. This role can serve in several different roles. Many state reps have served to organize and host a fellowship breakfast at their state meeting. Others have served to be a resource contact for people interested in networking for employment with other Christians in the states. All serve to pray with CVM for the work of the Lord through CVM. We are always working to identify veterinarians who are employed at the various veterinary schools to serve in assisting the student leaders in the development of the student fellowship group. We have a network of faculty reps who together share with one another to encourage their witness for Christ in the University setting. Contact Dr. Christina Tolman ctolman@cvmusa.org
CVM is always looking for individuals who would want to share at CVM functions at professional meetings or at student outreach programs. We like to identify potential speakers in our data base and then communicate with you on the opportunities. Contact Dr. Kit Flowers kflowers@cvmusa.org
Has God worked in a unique way through your veterinary practice or during a mission trip? Others need to hear your story. CVM is always looking for volunteers to share such testimonies on the CVM web site as well as in the CVM Journal. Contact Karen Stoufer kstoufer@cvmusa.org
We have used volunteers in our home office, to do telephone networking, to gather in-kind donations, to assist in fundraising. Do you have a creative idea? Share it with us! If you have questions or would like more information please contact: Dr. Kit Flowers kflowers@cvmusa.org
