Raising Healthy Fish

Raising Healthy Fish

Aquaculture is a logical choice for protein production for two reasons; it is widely practiced throughout the world and it offers great growth potential.  This book is a helpful guide in dealing with fish husbandry practices.  It is a practical manual, giving country specific examples and uses many illustrations. The species used and the management practices suggested in the book are directed toward subsistence farming situations.

Using this book as a guide, adequate protein for a family can be produced in a suitable way.  This book was originally published in 1988, and revised in 1996.
