Dr. Don & Mrs. Marilyn Wilson - Bolivia
Don and Marilyn came off the field in 1996, and they have gone back to Bolivia annually since then. Don continues to work with GATHER (Gospel, Agriculture, Technology, Health, Education & Resources) in a remote area of Bolivia with the indigenous people. The mission owns 20 hectares (50 acres) where research and development of the land is being done to teach the poor families in the area how to utilize their small plots of ground to be able to support and feed their families. The project is presently raising fish, producing eggs, and growing garden products. Through e-mail and SKYPE Don can communicate almost weekly with the Bolivian GATHER team. God continues to bless the work that is being done and many lives have benefited physically and spiritually through their work.
