CVM Board of Advisors
The CVM Board of Advisors exists to govern the affairs of CVM subject to the direction of the CRISTA Board of Directors, the Bylaws, and specific board policies which they themselves will develop; to provide strategic direction and planning for the future ministry of CVM; to keep an official record of the corporate proceedings which shall be open to inspection by all board members, the CRISTA Board of Directors and CRISTA leadership; and to develop specific and detailed policies regarding the governance of CVM.
