Bible Study for CVF groups If you would like a Bible study to use with your CVF group that was designed specifically with vet students in mind. Click here for the student edition. Click here for the leader's edition with leader's notes. Campus Alpha is a tool to reach your unreached classmates through a non-threatening, discussion-based, seven-week curriculum that focuses on the large questions of life and what the Bible has to say about them. A Discipleship Journey is a resource that goes through an intentional and thorough approach to the discipled life. Finding the Joy Devotional is a devotional resource that is written for students in their first year of veterinary school by third year students at Texas A & M.
CVM Brochures/Displays CVM Brochures and displays are available to CVF groups for freshman orientation, “club day”, annual conferences, or other events on your campus. Please send an email (2 weeks or more in advance) to studentinfo@cvmusa.org with the date(s) of the event and number of brochures needed. Displays will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis.
Nutramax-sponsored Lunches Nutramax-sponsored lunches are available to CVF groups interested in organizing a guest speaker to share during one of your meetings. It is preferred that these lunches be opened to the entire veterinary campus, as Nutramax wants to support your efforts in reaching out to your colleagues. Each CVF chapter may apply only once per school year, and your speaker/topic must be approved before a lunch will be sponsored. Please send an email if you have further questions, or if you would like an application click here. Please return the completed form to studentinfo@cvmusa.org.
Veterinary Speakers We are continually working to recruit veterinarians interested in speaking to CVF groups and at Real Life/Real Impact weekends. If you would like to invite someone to speak on your campus, we can provide you with a list of available contacts in your area.
Adopt A Vet Missionary Praying for a Missionary is always an encouragement and blessing to the recipient of those prayers. If your CVF would like to adopt a missionary to pray for or support, please let us know.
Magazine that inspires and encourages Christian veterinarians CVM’s Journal, The Christian Veterinarian, is a quarterly publication with articles from veterinarians and students who are serving Christ through the field of veterinary medicine. If you or members of your CVF would like to begin receiving the journal, send us an email with their contact information and year of graduation and we will get them signed up!
