Dr. Val graduated from OSU and WSU (DVM 1988). While serving in 2 short term trips to Africa, she developed a deep love for the African people. She worked for 2 years as a dairy vet and completed a graduate Bible certificate. For 21 years she has worked in Uganda, serving the Sebei, Teso and Karamojong tribes as a vet missionary. In January, she married Waffle Lomilo, a pastor to pastors. They are now working together to disciple the many new believers in the villages of Uganda.

Our Ministry

God's love endures forever (Ps.118:1) This is the message of hope we bring through our words and lives, to Uganda. Using veterinary skills, and discipleship classes we reach out to the local warriors and traditional healers. Like Christ the effort is to meet practical needs while fulfilling the great commandments, the great commission and discipling new believers into the great community. This shows God's love practically, drawing people into His presence to also love and serve Him.

Our Partner

Together with our partner, CLIDE (Community Livestock Integrated DEvelopment Consultancy) we minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through wholistic ministries,(Animal Health, Agriculture, Child Sponsorship, Peace Building, Herbal Vet Med, AIDS Programs & Discipleship). CLIDE is a multiethnic NGO (Non Govt. Org.) with a goal to shine the light of Christ into hearts and transform lives for eternity by empowering people to overcome lives of spiritual darkness and poverty.
